We're married, we work together, and somewhere along the way we ended up building a family business around the things we love making.
We bring pretty different brains to the table, which is probably why it works.
Between us, we've worked across strategy, education, design, facilitation, events, music and games, alongside a fairly eclectic collection of other creative projects.
Creative Biz Weirdos gives all of those ideas somewhere to live.
More importantly, it gives us a way to build a working life around making things we care about, working with people we like and having enough freedom to follow the occasional ridiculous idea to see where it goes.
Cats in Space started as a card game we made because we wanted something fun to play together as a family. And now, we're building a whole world around it, with games, characters, trading cards, activities and stories designed to get kids curious about space and give families more reasons to play together.
There are lots of plans for the Felix Nebula. This is the project we're spending most of our time building.
We design and make original board and card games, and work with businesses, organisations and other interesting people to turn their ideas into games too.
From the first scribbled idea to something you can actually put on a table and play, we love the whole process.

We run creative workshops for founders, teams and organisations around things like vision, values, storytelling and creativity.
Choose from one of the workshops we've already created, let us adapt one for your team, or bring us something you're wrestling with and we'll build something around it.

Joint - Brand Values Workshop
Once a year, we take a small group of creative founders away for a few days to disconnect from the online world and reconnect with themselves, their businesses and why they started in the first place.
Weirdo Wonderland is part retreat, part creative reset. There’s time to think, talk, make things, eat together, explore and have the kinds of conversations that are difficult to find space for when you're in the middle of running a business.
Small group. Beautiful place. Phones down. Brains back on.

In 2025, we took on TEDxWorthing and set out to build something our town could be proud of.
Since then, we've brought speakers, performers, volunteers, local businesses and hundreds of curious people together to share ideas, start conversations and create a little bit of TED magic here on the south coast.
It’s a huge amount of work, completely voluntary, and something we’re incredibly proud to be a part of.
